1. Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Nolvi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The service and your licence
Nolvi is a personal-finance app for tracking subscriptions, income and expenses, net worth, and savings goals. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Nolvi.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- A valid account is required; Nolvi does not offer a guest mode.
4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Nolvi offers a generous free tier and an optional Nolvi Pro subscription that unlocks AI capture, unlimited subscription tracking, and CSV export.
- Pro is sold as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) and is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play through our payments provider. Charges are billed to your store account.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Prices may vary by region and may change over time; any change will apply to future billing periods. Free trials or refunds, where offered, are governed by the applicable app store's policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
- Use the app in violation of any applicable law.
6. Not financial advice
Nolvi is an informational tracking tool. The balances, trends, analytics, and projections it shows are for your personal reference only and do not constitute financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions; consider consulting a qualified professional.
7. Your data
You own the data you put into Nolvi. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The Nolvi app, its name, logo, design, and content (other than your data) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
9. Third-party services
Nolvi relies on third-party services — including the app stores, our cloud infrastructure and payments providers, an AI provider for capture, and exchange-rate and brand-logo services. Your use of features that depend on them may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
10. Disclaimers
Nolvi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exchange rates, logos, or AI-extracted values will always be accurate or available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolvi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
12. Termination
You may stop using Nolvi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
